Project Superintendent –The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, be able to communicate well, perform in stressful situations, and effectively multitask. Duties/responsibilities will include: work closely with project management in coordination of submittals, compiling closeout documents, and day to day tasks on various ongoing projects. Work with lead estimator in putting together bids. We are looking for someone with an appetite to learn and looking to start a career in construction. Candidate will preferably have 5+ years’ commercial and residential experience and should also have completed projects in excess of 20,000 SF.
5+ years commercial and or residential experience as a superintendent or foreman is mandatory.
